Commercial and Industrial Buildings - Withdrawal / Termination

• The owners may withdraw from the Facilitation Agreements at any time prior to their signing of Joint Sale Agreement.
• The Facilitation Project will abort and the signed Facilitation Agreements and Joint Sale Agreement (if any) will be terminated if any of the Key Milestones mentioned in "Joint Sale of Property Interests" above cannot be reached or when the joint sale by auction or tender is not successful (such as no one offers a bid or the reserve price is not met).
