Redevelopment of NGO Site Facilitation Scheme - Objective

The Scheme will facilitate the redevelopment of under-utilised NGO sites with a view to –

A.	modernising the existing NGO facilities; and
B.	maximising the development potential of the sites by incorporating additional floor space (which could be for Government, Institution or Community (GIC), residential and/or commercial use) into the redeveloped NGO sites.
