Invitation for Expression of Interest for Provision of Marketing Consultancy Services for Facilitation Projects
Urban Redevelopment Facilitating Services Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Urban Renewal Authority, intends to engage consultants to provide marketing consultancy services for joint sale of properties by public tender in the coming months. The relevant details will be given when appropriate.
The scope of the consultancy services (“the Services”) generally includes:
- Conducting the joint sale of properties by way of public tender;
- Marketing the sale of properties including but not limited to placing advertisement in newspapers and providing and distributing promotional materials;
- Attending to meetings and undertaking other duties relating to the joint sale as and when required; and
- Completing all the logistics related to the joint sale.
If your company is interested, please submit details by completing:
- the EOI Form as specified herein for expression of interest in the Services with at least 2 verifiable job reference of handling successful joint sale of en-bloc and/or strata-title development (not less than 80% of undivided shares of a building) in Hong Kong with the selling price of not less than HK$150 million each by way of public tender / public auction / private negotiation; and
- the Pro-forma as specified herein (please submit this pro-forma only if your company is NOT in our Consultant List). Suitable qualified consultancy firms may be included in our list for procurement of other services in future.
